At the moment it looks like Britain will have a working vaccine first, so I don't think Canada will be a target for his wrath and it would at most be a trade war. And I doubt most Americans would accept any kind of conflict with Canada to say the least.

The squabbling over dairy products has been going on now for his entire presidency, as one of his many stupid trade war points, I doubt anything will come from it.
