Back spasms

lyrical_heart I think my LJ readers know this, but I really fracked up my lower back. I just spent the morning sleeping away... a combined effect of my morning clonazepam and two tylenol (regular strength) I am not sure what we are having for lunch but... smells like bagels, I could be wrong.
I wonder if my sisters are around, I just saw one, Wen, but the other two Julz and Bees... and my two brothers are coming... Dave for some maintenance and Ry for the weekend.
